English transcription: My name is Zandra Johnson. I am the human resource manager for TexasBit. I am originally from Ecuador, we migrated here in 1970. This industry was very much male dominated. It still is, but it has come around. And so I am very proud to be a woman and a immigrant in this country. And given that the United States is truly the land of opportunity, there’s nothing you can’t do. So you’re gonna have a lot of adversity, you’re gonna have a lot of obstacles. It really, really takes strength and character to overcome those obstacles. But when I look at this group of people, when I look of all the effort and all the laughter, the good culture, we have cultivated a culture. And sometimes we will agree to disagree, but at the end of the day, TexasBit is really an awesome place to be at, and I couldn’t be prouder to be a part of them.

Me llamo Zandra Johnson.
