It’s no secret that Texas Materials employees are passionate about everything construction, and we’re proud to say that our locally-produced aggregates, hot mix asphalt, ready-mix concrete, asphalt paving and asphalt repair projects have helped build our city of Austin, Texas from the ground up.
But as fellow Texans, we’re passionate about our communities too. Looking out for our neighbors is second nature to us. It’s why, in the midst of the current public health crisis, our teams across the Austin, San Antonio, and Waco-Belton areas didn’t hesitate to take action and gather N95 masks to donate to Central Texas healthcare workers.
The impacts of COVID-19 will continue to be deeply felt for quite some time, and many Central Texas families are in need of immediate assistance. We were proud to support the Central Texas Food Bank in matching employee donations for a total of $2,000 – providing over 1,200 meals to those who need it most.
Texas Materials began as a local family business, and though we’ve grown quite a bit over the past four decades, our commitment to our community has never wavered. These are difficult times, but we’re focused on doing our part to keep Texas going.
Join us in giving back – help out the Central Texas Food Bank.
