Our QC Technicians are responsible for ensuring that our products, materials, processes, and procedures are of the highest quality. They are responsible for performing routine tests as required on materials, in process components, and final product. They also participate in the validation of test, inspection, processing methods, and materials qualification.

Safely and efficiently collect aggregate and hot mix asphalt samples for testing.
Coordinate daily with QC Lead Technician to ensure accurate sampling.
Prepare and submit test documentation to QC Lead Technician.
Perform test procedures in line with job specifications promptly and accurately.
Report non-compliant test results to QC Lead Technician or QC Regional Manager.
Maintain a courteous and professional manner with coworkers, customers, and the public.
Perform daily housekeeping to ensure a clean lab environment.
Follow all company policies and regulations for a safe working environment.
Adapt to last-minute changes in location, shift, or duties as needed.
Take initiative to assist with other tasks to support job completion.
Adhere to the Quality Control Ethical Policy.
Job Requirements
Complete pre-employment drug screening, criminal background check, and “Fit for Work” physical.
Provide valid I-9 Immigration documentation.
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with co-workers, supervisors, and the public.
Report to work punctually at the designated start time.
Be willing to work extended hours as required.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Work well in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors as needed.
Complete safe driver training; possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. CDL may be required.
Be at least 18 years old.
Skills You Need

High school diploma.
Basic computer proficiency.
Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
