Gulf Coast uses up to 20% recycled asphalt in our mixes, doing our part to be part of a sustainable solution while delivering quality mixes that give you the most bang for your buck.
Asphalt is the most-recycled material on earth, far surpassing even aluminum cans, newsprint or plastic bottles. When old asphalt pavement is removed from a roadway during the milling process, it is reclaimed and crushed for use in new hot mix asphalt. As a leader in the industry, we do our part to constantly innovate our production methods and procedures to increase the use of recycled materials in our asphalt mixes.
